This transformation focused on restructuring marketing efforts to be more effective through strategic repositioning, process optimization, and initiative management, executed through professional mechanisms that enhance efficiency and ensure institutional consistency.

A Marketing PMO (Project Management Office) was activated to oversee initiative implementation and enforce marketing governance, reinforcing marketing’s role as a key driver of growth and as a true reflection of “Jewar” current reality and future aspirations.

The transformation began with the development of a comprehensive strategy aimed at strengthening targeted brand associations, including unique project concepts, attention to detail, and professional delivery. The effort extended to redefining Jewar’s brand positioning and articulating a brand promise centered on offering real estate projects that embody distinct concepts and elevate the customer experience.

In this context, the brand architecture was restructured under the Jewar umbrella into four core streams:

HOMES: High-quality residential projects targeting middle- to upper-income segments

SELECT: Premium developments for high-income clientele

HUBS: Commercial projects serving various sectors

Communities: A distinct sub-brand for national housing initiatives

This brand structure reflects the diversity of Jewar’s offerings and directs them clearly and consistently toward their respective target audiences. To ensure efficient execution and sustained efforts, the Marketing PMO was activated to supervise and follow up on marketing operations, enforce governance, and guarantee institutional alignment and on-the-ground effectiveness.
